2. You have a complete design ready for industrialisation
Whether you have a finalised design or a prototype that works in the lab but isn’t yet ready for series production, the critical point is the same: the transition to manufacturing. We analyse manufacturability and testability before sampling, highlighting critical issues when they are still simple and economical to correct. Then we produce, with high-precision assembly, testing on dedicated lines, and traceability by serial number, so that the series performs like the prototype.
